Did you know that boys can gain muscle definition and strength in every part of their body by taking ballet and dance classes? Dance classes also promote increased flexibility. Ballet teaches coordination that can help boys with whatever they choose to do in life. Do you like to plays sports? Taking ballet classes as a supplement will help you to jump higher, think quicker, and have more control of your body as you runs down the court!

It seems obvious that ballet can teach girls to be delicate and graceful - but did you know that by participating in ballet classes, boys can how to contrast the girls with masculine qualities? In ballet, boys are taught how to carry themselves with strength and grace. In the context of classical ballet etiquette, boys are also taught how to treat ladies with respect and politeness - even while engaging in some great friendly competition with other students in every class! Boys and girls alike learn to focus despite many distractions and to respect people of authority. Both of these skills can transfer into many other areas of life, from school and college to eventually jobs and careers.

Taking dance classes has been shown to have many positive benefits for mental/emotional health and relieving stress, regardless of whether you are a professional dancer, a serious student or just taking classes for fun. Dance can become a lifelong passion for boys and girls alike and can serve as a great way to burn off energy and relieve stress, regardless of age or level of ability.
