Are you ready to take your dancing to the next level? Our nationally-recognized Pre-Professional, Conservatory and Studio Company programs take dancers through some of the most formative years of their classical ballet training.
Ballet 5:8 School of the Arts classical ballet training programs in the company’s newly renovated 12,000 square foot studios provide dancers with the highest quality syllabus-based instruction from current and former professional dancers, and extensive performing opportunities: all in Ballet 5:8’s dedicated environment where students thrive. Much more than a simple after-school activity, these programs equip dancers to progress to positions in Trainee programs with Ballet 5:8 and other professional companies, to attend college level dance programs, and to pursue careers in many areas within the wider field of dance, including professional performance, teaching and choreography. Mens and merit scholarships available.
Alumni of the Conservatory and Pre-Professional Programs have been accepted to year-round and summer programs with the Kirov Academy, Pittsburg Ballet Theater, Houston Ballet, Washington Ballet, Miami City Ballet, Boston Ballet, Joffrey Ballet Trainee Program, Alonzo King Lines Ballet, Oklahoma City Ballet, Gelsey Kirkland Academy of Classical Ballet, American Ballet Theater, Ellison Ballet and the School of American Ballet.
