Laura is a certified Yoga Instructor and she is a certified Holistic Health Coach from the Institute for Integrative Nutrition. She began practicing yoga in 2003 as a way to rehabilitate her shoulder. That journey led her to discover and fall in love with practicing yoga in 2008. In 2009, she received her Level 1 Teacher Training Certificate. Laura has shared Yoga with students in various spaces throughout the years including: a corporate office setting, a park district location, traditional yoga studios and now at Ballet 5:8!
By incorporating her health coaching experience with Yoga, Laura uniquely provides a more holistic sustainable approach to facilitate improved self-care and improved resiliency that allows the students to relax and heal themselves in a safe environment.
