Originally from Toledo, Ohio, Stephen Everson started dancing recreationally at the age of twelve. In 2016, Stephen was invited to join Ballet 5:8 School of the Arts where he then began his classical ballet training. Stephen’s training in the Ballet 5:8 Conservatory included Classical Ballet Technique, Pas de Deux Technique, and Men’s Class, as well as cross training disciplines such as Pilates, Core Dynamics, and Progressing Ballet Technique. Stephen’s repertoire with the Ballet 5:8 School of the Arts includes Love Is, Uncle Abrahms in Beyond the Nutcracker, and the lead role of Christian in Pilgrim's Progress. During the summer of 2018, Stephen had the opportunity to study at the Nutmeg Conservatory in Torrington, Connecticut. Stephen has also performed with Ballet 5:8’s professional ballet company in the production of Scarlet, touring with Ballet 5:8 in New Mexico, Texas, Michigan, and Indiana. He is currently a Trainee with Ballet 5:8.
