Biography

Elizabeth Tjia is currently a Trainee with Ballet 5:8. She began dancing at the age of five at a local studio in Southern California. Since then, she has received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Dance Performance from Oral Roberts University. Upon graduation, she joined Ballet 5:8’s Trainee Program, and she is entering her second year as a trainee. She has had the wonderful opportunity to attend summer intensives at Ballet Magnificat, Ballet Hartford, and Ballet 5:8, as well as the ACDA Central Conference, which provided her with exposure to different styles and teachers. Miss Elizabeth is excited to share the joy of dance with her students.
