Jessica Says:

Blisters are the worst! Trying to dance with blisters can feel almost impossible and when you are wearing pointe shoes everyday this can take away from the time needed to heal.

Enter Vitamin E! Vitamin E is an amazing tool for dancers and can help with healing for cuts and blisters. It usually comes in the form of gel capsules, and these can be cut open and applied to blisters to aid with healing. I personally have had great luck with this and always have some on hand in case I start to get a blister. I see a huge difference in healing time when I use this trick!
