A good warm up before technique class can make all the difference!

Warming up well allows you to find the right muscles prior to class and helps protect you from injury - it’s super important! On most days, I like to change up my warm-up to fit how my body is feeling, but we all have those days where it can feel hard to be motivated to warm up, or for whatever reason there is not as much time to as we normally would like.

On days like those something I have found to be helpful is having a set go to warm-up routine. This allows me to feel ready for class in a timely manner, especially when I don’t feel as creative for warming up!
